National Parks are the cornerstone of a nation’s strategy to protect its biodiversity free from all the various threats that ultimately lead to extinction.
We are passionate about delivering what Nature needs — vast, secure, well connected natural landscapes so species can live, interact, disperse and evolve safely as nature once did.
Our current challenge is to protect our huge past gains from unraveling due to relentless pressures from all levels — (1) policy and legislative changes that give priority to self and vested interest over the public interest; (2) commercial development proposals that change the very nature of our national parks from that of protecting nature to serving economic interests; (3) unprecedented access for more damaging activities; (4)
